Process for requesting records from Fire District 3
– Print and fill out our Public Records Request Form
– Return the completed form to Station 31 in person or by mail (see below) with $10 payment. Please note, we accept cash and check at this time. Provide exact cash, we do not carry change.
– After your request and fee are both received, please allow 5 days for delivery of the report. Reports will not be pulled at the time of request. Requests submitted without a date or with limited information will result in a longer processing time.
– Reports will be given to you in format requested on the form.
