Who Is Eligible to Apply for a Rideout?
Rideouts are not open to the general public. Participation will be limited to individuals who fall into one of the following categories:
- Individuals actively pursuing a career in the fire service
- Students currently enrolled in an accredited Fire Science or EMS program
- Fire Cadets / Explorers
- Individuals currently on an active FD3 hiring list
- Employees of EMS or Fire agencies (career or volunteer) participating for professional development or interagency familiarization
- Public officials conducting official business or agency familiarization
- Credentialed news media personnel (with prior approval)
If you meet one or more of the above categories, please request an application by emailing savanna.wood@fire3.org.
If you do not meet one ore more of these categories, you are welcome to schedule a station tour.
